Hannah has over 21 years’ experience in the water, energy, and telecommunications and credit collections space. Prior to her commencement at recoveriescorp in September 2021, Hannah held a number of leadership roles focused on reducing bad debt through innovative collections strategies, customer advocacy and vulnerable customer management.
