You or your estate agent must apply to the relevant authority (depending on the State/Territory) directly.  The procedure is simple, cheap and quick.  We can assist you after you have obtained an Order against your tenant.  Prushka will take the legal step to register the debt with the Court and attempt to locate the tenant and enforce the Judgment.

There is an initial registration fee of $250.00 per debt (including GST).

On recovery, we will deduct legal costs and disbursements incurred and thereafter, a commission rate of 50% + GST of the balance.
