Prushka Claims Control focuses on motor vehicle claims mitigation and is also available for other commercial matters.

We are an industry leader in the handling of motor vehicle claims against drivers at fault.  This service is provided on a “No Saving - No Charge” basis. We analyse each claim at our cost and expense and provide full involvement of our in-house lawyers.  Ultimately, we recommend that either the claim be paid in full, or negotiate a reduced payment on behalf of our client.  If legal proceedings are instituted against our client, Prushka will instruct Mendelsons National Debt Collection Lawyers to defend the matter.  If costs are awarded against our client, Prushka will pay any amount over that of the initial claim. Our only charge is a commission of the saving we make for our client.
