PRUSHKA WEBSITE – HELP

I cannot download an Adobe Acrobat PDF document

My computer tells me I don’t have the necessary programme.

The Prushka website takes advantage of Adobe Acrobat format quite heavily. Adobe Acrobat is widely used for the presenting of online information. If you do not have a copy of Adobe Acrobat, you are able to download a free copy of the Adobe Acrobat Reader. This programme allows you to download and view Acrobat (PDF) files. You can find links to the Acrobat Reader download website in both the “Media Room” and “Downloads” area of the Prushka website.

It starts to download but seems to stall or jumble up the content.

In order to minimise the size of certain Acrobat files (to keep downloading times to a minimum), a ‘file size minimising’ feature of Acrobat has been utilised. Accordingly, it requires users to have Acrobat Reader Version 5 or above in order to download and view these particular files. If you have an older version of Acrobat or Acrobat Reader, you are able to download the latest version using the links (detailed above).

ORDERING PRODUCTS ONLINE

Ordering a product online

Visit the “Products & Services” area of the website. There you will find Prushka’s selection of products. Click on any product icon to find out more about the particular product. At the bottom right hand side of each product description, you will find an “order online” button.

When you click on the “order online” button, a Product Order Form will load.

Fill out all the necessary details on the Product Order Form.

For new clients, you will need to fill out all of your details such as business name (in “Client” field), mailing address, and other contact details. Leave the “Client Code” field empty, because you will not yet have a Prushka client code. A client code will be allocated to you following your first order placed with Prushka.

For existing clients, all you need to do is fill out the “Client” field (type your client name in the space provided) and the “Client Code” field (type your client code in the space provided). This is of course, unless any of the other details (e.g. address, phone numbers) have changed

When you submit the form (by clicking on the “Order” button) a copy of the form you have filled out will be sent to your nominated email address.

It is important for you to type your email address into the space provided within the form. It is this email that is used to send you a copy. Without a valid email address, you will not be able to submit the online form.

If you do not have an email address, there are many free email hosts where you can generate one – these include: hotmail, yahoo, and msn.

When ordering a ‘Prushka Collection Kit’, ‘Letterheads’, or ‘Combination Kit & Stickers’: Choose between either Standard, Medical or Library THEN choose between either Diskette or CD Note: Pre-Printed availability is limited in the Letter Collection Kit range. Pre-printed are available for the Letterhead range but please contact the Sales Team (1800641617) to discuss before placing an order.

Once submitted, your order will be filled and despatched to you. New clients will be allocated an account and billed at the end of the month. Existing clients will have their purchase billed to their account.

Submitting a debt / claim online

Which Action Form do I fill out?

There are four Action Forms to choose from; Standard, Motor Vehicle Recoveries, (Motor Vehicle) Claims Control Self-Insured, (Motor Vehicle) Claims Control Insured.

How do I include proof of the debt like tax invoices and copies of contracts?

For most standard debts, proof of loss (documents for substantiation of debt owed) will not be required for Prushka to begin working the debt. This is of course, if the debt amount stated on the action form is correct. For some debts however, a Prushka Account Controller will contact you and ask you to send supportive documents relating to the debt in to be added to the file. These documents will generally be copies of quotations, tax invoices, and service agreements. Generally, these will only be required if the debtor is disputing the amount of the debt or the agreement upon which the debt has been incurred.

For all motor vehicle recoveries, proof of debt / loss will need to be provided. Once Prushka receives and inputs your debt, the Account Controller allocated to work your debt/s will contact you to arrange this.

For all, motor vehicle (self-insured) claims control & motor vehicle (insured) claims control, all correspondence received from the Third Party (claiming an amount from you) is required. Once Prushka receives and inputs your file, the Account Controller allocated to work your debt/s will contact you to arrange this.

Do I get a copy of the form I’ve submitted?

When you submit an Action Form online, a copy of the completed form will be sent to your nominated email address. This email address will be the one that you type in the applicable field of the Action Form – therefore it is very important to fill out this field before attempting to submit the form.

After I’ve submitted an Action Form online, what happens next?

Downloading an Action Form & submitting a debt / claim via fax or post

Visit the “Downloads” area of the Prushka website. Here you will find Action Forms in PDF file format (Adobe Acrobat format). You can click on the Standard Action Form icon to download a Standard Action Form. If you would like to download a Motor Vehicle Action form, simply click on the Motor Vehicle icon. This will take you into another area giving you the choice between, Motor Vehicle Recoveries, Motor Vehicle Claims Control Self-insured, & Motor Vehicle Claims Control Insured. Select the appropriate Action Form and click on the corresponding icon to download the PDF file.

If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader (this programme is necessary to view and print these download files) you can click on the “Down Load Adobe Reader Here” icon in the “Downloads” area of the website for a free version of this programme.

Once you have opened the Action Form file in Adobe Acrobat Reader, you may print it.

After printing, you can simply fill the form out as you would for one of Prushka’s pre-printed Action Forms.

Once completed, either Fax or Post the Action From to Prushka. Details are on the form along with the Client Services Team telephone number if you need any assistance with completing an Action Form or have any related questions.

Downloading a Product Order Form & ordering a product via fax or post

Visit the “Downloads” area of the Prushka website. Here you will find a Product Order Form in PDF file format (Adobe Acrobat format) and in DOC file format (Microsoft Word). You may choose either one depending on which format you would like to receive the form in. Simply click on the corresponding icon.

Once you have downloaded and printed the Product Order Form:
